Who is Troop 136?
Troop 136 is a very active troop that has meetings, events, and activities all year long. We have Scouts ages 11+ (both males and females) from Forest Lake, Lino Lakes, Centerville, and Columbus.
In our Troop, we help youth develop life skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that help shape and influence their adult lives. Through Scouting, youth are able to make new friends and grow current friendships.

We are strong proponents for the outdoors. Our Troop aims to have a campout every month of the year.

What is
Scouts BSA?
Scouts BSA is a youth program for young men and women in 6th-12th grade. Through Scouting, youth will gain leadership experiences, go camping, do many outdoor activities, adventures, and service projects. They will do all of this in a challenging, individualized advancement program where they will be able to achieve goals and earn the next Scout rank. Youth can explore hobbies, skills, and careers through the 135+ merit badges available to them.
Meetings are led and run by the Scouts, with adult guidance. With the help of trained leaders, our Scouts are given any opportunities they wish to grow in their leadership capabilities.
