Troop 136 ILST (Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops) Campout

Troop 136 went to the SCALE facility on 4/5/2024, for our annual scout training. We learned how to be an effective leader, the stages of team development (forming, storming, norming, and preforming) and learned how teamwork happens. We played games that taught us more about teamwork and leadership and our presentation was scout lead. We saw three trains pass the facility while we were at the SCALE facility.
